Today John and I decided to check out Comic Con
downtown! We walked from our apartment,
which was awesome because traffic downtown was crazy. Although we didn’t have tickets to Comic Con,
there was so much going on Downtown for the convention. We were able to enter the Kickass 2 promotion
area, and were able to do a bunch of sweet free stuff and also got to see
famous people from the movie like Christopher Mintz-Plasse, John Leguizamo, and
Donald Faison! At one point Christopher
Mintz-Plasse was inches away from us, standing and talking to his friend. There were so many people who go all-out with
their costumes, it was so neat to see.
Everyone is super nice and lets you take pics of them. There was so much free stuff and promotional
handouts, John and I were able to get a bunch of cool swag and even a couple of
free drinks! We had a great day
exploring our new city and enjoying the Comic Con activities!
